The Underground Gourmet (炊き出し屋) is a soup kitchen in Kamurocho's Central Sewer.

The Underground Gourmet is first accessible in Part 2, Chapter 3, after Saejima helps the Master.

It is the only dining establishment to use Eco-Points.
