Takumi Midorikawa (緑川 琢己, Midorikawa Takumi) is a minor antagonist featured in Yakuza 4. He is the captain of the Hatsushiba Clan.

Appearance[]
Midorikawa is a slim man with a slightly gaunt face and short hair, which has been dyed blonde. He has light brown eyes and a goatee.
Attire[]
He wears a pink, untucked and unbuttoned floral dress shirt underneath a leather biker jacket, as well as black pinstripe dress pants, black, cap-toe, monk-strap shoes; and a gold chain around his neck.
Involvement[]
Yakuza 4: 2010[]
Midorikawa receives orders from Hatsushiba and Kazuo Shibata to steal the client registry of Sky Finance. Alongside a few other thugs, he enters the Sky Finance office and meets Hana and Takeshi Kido. After receiving threats of harm from Hana, he pulls out a gun and knocks her out using the stock of the gun. He then steals the ransacks the office for the client registry, and captures Kido for his involvement with Sky Finance.
After leaving the office, Midorikawa brings Kido and the client registry to his boss in an office in the Theater Underground. Expecting the owner of Sky Finance, Shun Akiyama's arrival, Midorikawa waits in the office, keeping watch over Kido whom he has tied up. Akiyama later shows up, and Midorikawa attempts to fight him, however is defeated and left knocked out on the floor.
Fighting Style[]
Midorikawa relies entirely on weapons during his boss fight — namely, a pistol and a chainsaw.
Pistol[]
Used by Midorikawa during the first phase of the fight. He runs around the office and takes pot shots at Akiyama, whacking him with his gun if he gets too close. His moveset consists of:
- a Rush Combo made up of a right hook, a right backfist, and a right hammerfist;
- a right hammerfist,
- a firing his gun one-handed,
- three gun shots followed by a pistol twirl, and
- standing in place while firing his gun two-handed.
After his first health bar is fully depleted, Midorikawa retreats into the room next door, while four Hatsushiba men arrive in to fight Akiyama.
Chainsaw[]
After his goons have been defeated, Midorikawa barges back in with a chainsaw and a larger health bar, entering Heat Mode immediately after the QTE. His moveset is listed as follows:
- a Rush Combo, made up of two downward swings, a low upward diagonal right swing, and an upward diagonal left swing;
- second combo, consisting of a leftward swing, a rightward swing, and ending with a spinning leftward swing;
- a leaping downward swing,
- a spinning right/left swing after quickstepping left/right respectively, and
- a forward charge attack.
His aura in Heat Mode is a fiery orange.
